Welcome to Onbase ("Onbase", "we", "our", or "us"). Onbase is a platform that connects skilled construction workers ("Labour Partners") with builders, contractors, homeowners, and other clients ("Clients") who require labour services. By using our website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration and use of the Platform.

2. Platform Role

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts. Any misuse, false information, or unauthorized activity may result in suspension or termination.

4. Services and Work Responsibilities

Labour Partners may accept or reject job requests. Once accepted, they agree to perform services professionally and safely. Clients agree to provide accurate job details and fair working conditions.

5. Payments and Fees

Payments may be handled through the Platform or directly between users. Onbase may charge service fees or commissions. Payment disputes must be reported through official Onbase channels.

6. Code of Conduct

All users must act professionally, honestly, and respectfully. Fraudulent, abusive, illegal, or harmful activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.

7. Ratings and Reviews

Clients may rate Labour Partners based on service quality. Ratings help maintain service standards. Repeated negative feedback may affect account status.

Frequent cancellations, misuse, or failure to honor accepted work may result in penalties, restrictions, or account suspension.

9. Suspension and Termination

Onbase reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in harmful activity.

10. Liability Disclaimer

Onbase is not responsible for disputes, damages, injuries, delays, or losses resulting from interactions between Clients and Labour Partners. Users engage with each other at their own risk.
